On May 24, 2019, the Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) of the Underground Storage Tank (UST)
Section of the Division of Waste Management received a request to extend the submittal deadline for the
Monitoring Report for this site from your consultant Terracon. Specifically, Terracon requested that the submittal
deadline be extended until August 30, 2019. This request is considered reasonable and is hereby granted.
Should you fail to submit the report by the extended deadline, the original deadline may be used in any
enforcement action. If you have any questions regarding the actions that must be taken or the rules mentioned in
