STATUS OF PAST NOTED VIOLATIONS:
No violations noted on the previous inspection.
OBSERVED VIOLATIONS:
NONE
The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1) Required signage present before you get to site.
2) Access road in good shape.
3) Tanks accessible for inspection. Area around each tank free of debris so that each tank can be inspected.
4) Twelve (12) steel tanks are currently permitted. Some tanks are starting to show their age with pitting of
the outside walls. No leaks noticed from the 12 tanks. Tank #2 has been taken out of service. Tank is
not included with the 12 tanks currently permitted. There is a sign in front stating that the tank is no
longer in use. Sign is faded. Letters need to be repainted.
5) Tanks did not appear to have been used much recently. No issues noticed with the transfer of septage to
and from the tanks. No septage spills noticed on the ground by the tanks.
6) No odor or vector issues noticed today.
7) No change noticed with the facility that would impact setback distances.
