ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. A field marker is down along the 50 foot property line (midway) on the north west side of the site, also missing
field markers along the setback curve at the woodline on the west side of the site. Per Rule .0842(a)(10)
disposal area boundaries shall be marked on the ground while a site or any portion of a site is in use. Repost the
missing markers per the approved setbacks.
2. Noted areas of thin cropstand at this time. Follow the advice of Georgia Love, regional agronomist, in
regards to weed control & improving the Bermuda.
3. Noted a hay bale sitting along the field perimeter on the 50 foot property line on the north west side of the site.
This hay bale needs to be removed from the field perimeter.
4. No sign of land application outside the permitted boundaries. It appears that the approved setbacks are being
met but were not measured at this time.
5. No sign of heavy or recent application. No odors noted.
6. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate.
7. Received a copy of the soil report for 2018.
8. A new residence is being built on adjacent property on the north side of this site.
