A Land Clearing and Inert Debris Notification was issued on March 9, 2019.

OBSERVED VIOLATIONS:
None
The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance
with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an
administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Site consists of a Notified Land Clearing and Inert Landfill. The facility is approved for the disposal of
land clearing waste, concrete, brick, concrete block, uncontaminated soil, gravel and rock, untreated and
unpainted wood and yard trash.
2. Access to the site is secured by a gate.

3. A sign has been provided at the entrance of the site detailing acceptable wastes, contact names and phone
numbers for emergencies.
4. An attendant was on duty at the time of the inspection.
5. The access road into the site was in good condition at the time of the inspection.
6. Verified the edge of waste boundary. As the landfill is filled in Mr. Mills will install additional edge of waste
markers.
Edge of waste boundary starts at orange fence post to tree leaning to the right.
From tree that leans to the right across the sediment pond dam to the beginning of the silt fence.

Follows the silt fence to the corner then turns left to the end of the silt fence then left to the orange fence post.
From farthest orange fence post back to the
closet orange fence post.
7. At the time of the inspection the site had not started accepting waste.
