Dear Mr. Coslett:
The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) has reviewed the letter
"Planned 0& M Work", dated April 18, 2019, prepared by Seaboard Group II, for the Former
Seaboard Chemical Site, Jamestown, North Carolina. Based upon a review of the letter, the NCDEQ
has no objection to the planned activities.
Be advised that this approval from NCDEQ does not waive any applicable
requirement to obtain any necessary permits, licenses or certifications for the above listed
activities nor does it waive any requirement to comply with applicable law for such
activities.
