ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
01 - Signs posted at the entrance have all required information as stated in the permit and this facility is adequately
secured by fencing and locking gates. 02 - Interior roadway is constructed of all-weather material and in good condition. 03 - This facility has several Certified Landfill Operations Specialist: Partial listings of operators: Justin Seth Stevenson,
expires 02/26/22. Hunter E. Stevenson, expires 12/10/21. Melvin Owens, expires 08/27/21. Thomas E. Stevenson, expires 2/26/22. Facility has more operators that are not listed on this inspection report. 04 - This facility also has a Certified Manager of Landfill Operations. Brad Gardner, Solid Waste Director, certification was issued on 06/15/17 and expires on 06/15/20. Certification number: 56116. 05 - Records were reviewed during this inspection. Working face screening and duty station are done. 06 - Weight tickets have proper information.
07 - The working face appears to be covered at least weekly and more frequently if needed. 08 - Yard Waste and Land Clearing Waste is in need of grinding. Simmons & Simmons YW Grinding from Clinton has been notified and this facility is on the list. 09 - Edge of waste markers are present. 10 - Scrap metal is pulled out and taken to the transfer station (7003T) and placed into containers for recycle. 11 - Concrete piles have been crushed for use. 12 - Mr. Gardner is working on removal for the creosote poles that have been stored.
13 - Overall management of this facility is good. 14 - No pictures were taken during this partial facility compliance inspection.

General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.
