The Division of Waste Management — Solid Waste Section (Section) has updated the approved Cape Fear Site Works, Inc.
dba RIVER CITY RECYCLING's financial assurance closure cost estimate (2019 dollars) of $5,450.33. The 2019 updated cost
estimate is based on the inflation factor price multiplier of 1.022 multiplied by the 2018 closure estimate of $5,333.00. The
approved financial assurance cost estimate has been approved for the liability of the transfer station activities. The facility shall
only be allowed to store up to 160 tons of waste at the site within a work week.
