The UST Section, Division of Waste Management, Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) received the January 11,
2019 Monitoring Report on January 14, 2019. The report recommending continued limited monitoring was reviewed and
approved on May 1, 2019. The paper report copy will be maintained in the MRO. The electronic copy has been loaded to
the electronic document storage system (Laserfiche).
The report indicates:
• EPH and VPH were detected at concentrations above their associated NC 2L Groundwater Standard in recovery
well RW-1 during this reporting period.
• Lead was not detected above its associated NC 2B Standard in groundwater samples collected during the October
2018 event.
