Also, during the February 2009 sampling event, supply wells WSW-3 and WSW-4 were reported by community residents as being interconnected and serving the Hillsdell Drive and Odell Circle community. A receptor survey update was performed by Shield personnel on March 14, 2019 in order to review the status of known receptors and present information on new receptors, if applicable. Water supply wells WSW-2, WSW-8, WSW-13 and WSW- 18 were not observed and appear to have been destroyed or abandoned due to parcel consolidation and redevelopment. Water supply well WSW-15 was abandoned as reported by the property owner. An additional receptor, WSW-24, was added as the property owner reported that there is a well in use on that property. In addition, request for water supply well information surveys were sent to all known properties that have historically had a water supply well. Only three surveys were returned at the time of this report. The returned surveys are included in Appendix A. Refer to the following Table and Figure for additional information and locations of area receptors within a 1,500-foot radius of the site. Refer to Table: Table 1 Refer to Figure: Figure 3 Refer to Appendix: Appendix A 1.2.3 Groundwater Elevation Data: Historically, groundwater flows generally towards the west with a groundwater elevation high around monitoring well MW-6. Based on the groundwater elevations determined during the February 2019 sampling event, the groundwater flow direction is toward the southeast from monitoring well MW-6 and to the northwest from monitoring well MW-10. Parameters recorded include dissolved oxygen (DO), pH, specific conductivity (us/cm), temperature (0Q, and oxidation reduction potential [ORP (mVolts)]. Contaminant transport is typically in the same direction as groundwater flow, but with a slower velocity. Refer to the following Tables and Figures: Refer to Table(s): Table 2, Table 3, and Table 4 Refer to Figure(s): Figure 4 through Figure 7 1.2.6 Other Field Data Collected: 0 No other field data was collected. 2.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS 2.1 Conclusions: Dissolved phase petroleum constituent compounds were detected in concentrations exceeding 2L Standards and/or Interim Maximum Allowable Concentrations (IMACs) in MW-2, MW-4, MW-5, MW-6, MW-10, DMW-3, and DMW-5 during this reporting period. • Overall, constituent of concern (COC) concentrations in monitoring wells MW-4 and MW-5 have generally decreased since the previous sampling event in August 2018. COC concentrations have generally increased in monitoring wells MW-2, MW-6, MW- 10, DMW-3, and DMW-5 since the previous sampling event in August 2018. • In water supply well WSW-9, no COCs were reported above the laboratory detection limits. 2.2 Recommendations: • Continue sampling of groundwater on a semi-annual basis in accordance with the December 5, 2013 Notice of Regulatory Requirements. The next semi-annual sampling event will be in August 2019.
