ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The three septage tanks (#1, #2 & #3) appear structurally sound.
2. Outlet covers were on all three tanks. No drips/leaks were noted. It appears that septage is being transferred
to/from the facility in a safe and sanitary manner.
3. Maintain the required 5 foot cleared radius (free of excess vegetation or debris) around the three septage tanks.
4. No apparent vectors or odors. The wheel barrow was empty of screening debris and the unloading area was
clean.
5. The dewatering box has been moved back to the Charlotte facility where treatment logs are now required to be
maintained again. Treatment logs are not required at the Anson location when the dewatering box is not there.
6. The approved setbacks are being met.
