Peter,
I've reviewed the UST Closure report. The report states "No private water supply wells or single-family residences were
observed in the area. Potable water is provided to the vicinity by Charlotte Water." This statement is not sufficient to
determine receptor risk at a site with a known release. For heating oil tank releases, look for receptors within 150
feet. Please have Licensed Geologist or a Professional Engineer, certified by the State of North Carolina, prepare and
certify a receptor survey for this release.
