The features being addressed include: • Draining of the concrete basin. It is believed that the drain pipe has become clogged with leaves causing the basin to hold water. • Placement of barriers to help prevent the potential risk of falls along the former loading dock area. • Cutting exposed rebar and grinding flush with the surrounding area. • Filling of below grade pits with inert material (quarry rock or similar clean fill) and capping with concrete to prevent precipitation infiltration and potential risk of falls. Note that liquids collected from below grade structures/pits will be containerized and processed through the Site Treatment System. • Complete minor fence repairs to ensure fence and gates secure the site and operate as intended. Please contact me at (610) 435-1151, if there are any questions or comments regarding the proposed work. We anticipate that the work will be completed over the period of a two days in May.
