FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. Did not drive over the entire site due to wet conditions. The winter cover crop looks well established. Harvest the rye per the nutrient management plan so the Bermuda is not shaded out. Reseed any thin crop areas & implement weed control this spring as needed. 2. Field markers appear adequate. This site is managed as one field. 3. No sign of land application outside the permitted boundaries. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met but were not measured at this time. 4. No sign of heavy or recent application. No odors noted. 5. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate. 6. Enclosed is a 2019 class schedule for your use.
