1 – Site signage fixed from photo on 04-10-2019 2 – Tank was accessible for inspection
3 – Tank has missing valve for complete closure as to not allow spillage, but was fixed from photo on 04-10-2019 4 – Septage transfers appear to be done in a safe and sanitary manner 5 – No vector problems or objectionable odors noted
6 – Setbacks appear compliant 7 – Tank does not look to have been used recently 8 – Catherine Register sent email with photos taken by phone to show the updates on 04-10-2019
