On March 22, 2018, Dennis Willis Septic Service was in violation of 15A NCAC 13B .0838 (a) (9) because several ruts greater than 3 inches in depth were observed in Fields 2 and 3. In order to come into compliance, Dennis Willis Septic Service was to repair all damage to the fields (including re-seeding) caused by driving on the fields causing ruts by June 7, 2018. By May 7, 2018, Dennis Willis Septic Service was to must submit progress on the repairs to the Solid Waste Section. Progress on repairs was submitted via email on April 23, 2018. Repairs were reported as complete on May 5, 2018. The violation is resolved. The Septage Land Application Site consists of Field 1 (6.8 acres), Field 2 (10.9 acres) and Field 3 (9.0 acres) for a total of 26.7 usable acres. 2. The site is permitted for land application of domestic septage and grease trap pumpings. 3. The access road was in good condition 4. Appropriate signage was displayed at the entrance to the fields. 5. All septage discharges appear to have been made within the disposal area boundary. 6. The fields have been repaired. Be sure to keep off the fields when wet. 7. No objectionable odors were observed. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.
