NCS‐01378 and NCS‐01470 each have one truck that has not been inspected yet. We are putting the final touches on 
those two trucks this week and hope to have them ready for inspection by the end of the this week.   

However, I just realized that I messed up the logos on these trucks and switched the NCS #’s and City Name’s around.  

License Tag # SC: P605857, VIN # 1GC4KYC89FF147399 – This truck is registered under NCS‐01378/Lumberton but it was 
physically logoed with NCS‐01470/Gastonia. 

License Tag # SC: P606265, VIN # 1GC4KYC81FF164472 – This truck is registered under NCS‐01470/Gastonia but it was 
physically logoed with NCS‐01378/Lumberton.  

Is it a relatively easy fix for you to switch those trucks around on your side, or do I need to replace the physical logos’ to 
match the current permit applications?   

Please let me know what needs to be done to fix this.
