Ms. Eckard:
Please let this letter serve as notice that we would like to change the Perspective Developer,
Lufkin Rd, LLC, listed on our Brownfields Application that was previously submitted to
three collective PD's which are Mayberry Investments, LLC, Wolfpack Family, LLC and
Beechmoor, LLC. All the partners and owners are the exact same as they were in Lufkin Rd,
LLC on our side, but for tax reasons we ended up taking title to the property in three LLC's
versus the one we originally had plans to use.
Please find attached with this letter the portions of the Brownfields Application that reflect
the changes in the name(s) of the PD. We have also attached and provided affidavits from
each of these respective entities.
