Brownfields Project Number: 18067-14-M
Pursuant to NCGS § 130A-310.34, Mayberry Investments, LLC, Wolfpock Fami-
ly, LLC, and Beechmoor, LLC, as co -Prospective Developers, have filed with the
North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality ("DEQ") a Notice of Intent
to Redevelop a Brownflelds Property ("Property") in Apex, Wake County, North
Carolina. The Property, which is the former site of printing operations conducted
by Henry Wurst, Inc. consists of approximately 16 acres and is located at 810
Lufkin Road. Environmental contamination exists on the Property groundwater,
sell vapor, sub -slab vapor, and indoor air. Lufkin Road, LLC has committed it-
self to no other uses than warehousing, office, or light industrial use, and subject
to DEQ's prior written approval, other commercial uses, and associated parking,
with potential future redevelopment to include educational uses other than pre-
school, primary, middle, or secondary school use unless that school use complies
with certain land use restrictions. The Notice of Intent to Redevelop a Brown -
fields Property includes: (1) a proposed Brownfields Agreement between DEQ
and Mayberry Investments, LLC, Wolfpack Family, LLC, and Beechmoor, LLC,
which in turn includes (a) a map showing the location of the Property, (b) a de-
scription of the contaminants involved and their concentrations in the media of
the Property, (c) the above -stated description of the intended future use of the
Property, and (d) proposed investigation and remediation; and (2) a proposed No-
tice of Brownflelds Property prepared in accordance with NCGS § 130A-310.35.

uously posted at the Property, and (3) mailed or delivered to each owner of prop-
erty contiguous to the Property. Written requests for a public meeting may be
submitted to DEQ within 21 days after the period for written public comments be-
gins. Those periods will start no sooner than July 22, 2016, and will end on the lat-
er of: a) 30 and 21 days, respectively, after that; or b) 30 and 21 days, respective-
ly, after completion of the latest of the three (3) above -referenced dates. All pub-

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE NORTH CAROLINA MEDICAL CARE
COMMISSION REGARDING THE REFINANCING OF HEALTHCARE FACILI-
TIES WITH THE PROCEEDS OF THE ISSUANCE OF TAX-EXEMPT BONDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons that the North Carolina
Medical Care Commission (the "Commission") has been requested by Mission
Health System, Inc. (the "Parent Corporation") to issue its revenue bonds (the
"Bonds") in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $195,000,000 for the Pur-
pose of (a) refunding all or a portion of the Commission's outstanding (I) North
Carolina Medical Care Commission Health System Revenue Bonds (Mission
Health Combined Group), Series 2007, dated January 31, 2007 (the "2007 Bonds"),
and (11) North Carolina Medical Care Commission Health System Revenue Bonds
(Mission Health Combined Group), Series 2010, dated February 24, 2010 (the 112010
Bonds"), and (b) paying certain fees and expenses incurred in connection with
the sale and issuance of the Bonds.
The Proceeds of the 2007 Bonds being refunded were used to (a) pay all or a por-
tion of the cost of acquiring, constructing, improving, renovating, expanding and
equipping various health care facilities for the Parent Corporation and its affili-
ates, including (i) constructing and equipping an approximately 215,000 square -
foot building, consisting of a five -story vertical tower and two stories below grade
for general hospital, intensive care and surgery functions, (i!) acquiring medical,
computer, office and capital equipment, (!it) acquiring approximately 29 acres of
land and renovating and equipping a 256,000 square -foot building located thereon
for various support services for the Parent Corporation and its affiliates, and Uv)
constructing and equipping an approximately 50,000 square -foot addition to Blue
Ridge Regional Hospital (formerly known as Spruce Pine Community Hospital)
(collectively, the "2007 Project"), (b) pay a portion of the interest accruing on the

On or about August 5th, temporary
channels for additional Olympics pro-
gramming from NBC will be available
with Standard TV on channels 425 and
426.
On or about August 12th, the POP scroll-
ing guide channels 0 and 98 (channel 1
and 99 in Fayetteville and Lumberton
and channel 15 in Southern Pines) will
no longer be available with Starter TV.
On or about August 17'1h, 3D Channels
671-673 will no longer be available.
WGN America may be repositioned
from Starter TV to Standard TV.
The new services listed below cannot be
accessed on CobleCAR D -equipped Uni-
directional Digital Cable Products pur-
