information is reversed in Permit No. 4801-COMPOST, Attachment 1, Part III: Properties Approved for the Solid
Waste Facility. This letter will be placed in the facility record and the correction will be made at the time of
permit renewal. Please note that your permit expiration date is December 1, 2020. In accordance with permit
conditions, an application for renewal should be submitted by September 1, 2020. Please contact Donna
