None OBSERVED VIOLATIONS: Site was missing “No Trespassing” sign leading to the SDTF. This is a violation of Rule .0838(k) that states “Access roads or paths crossing or leading to the facility shall be posted with “NO TRESPASSING” signs.”

General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
Sign missing No signs of spills

1 – Site is missing proper signage. This is a violation of Rule .0838(k) that states “Access roads or paths crossing or leading to the facility shall be posted with “NO TRESPASSING” signs.”
2 – Tanks are accessible for inspections. In-ground tanks 3 – Septage transfers appear to be done in a safe and sanitary manner 4 – No vector problems or objectionable odors noted 5 – Setbacks appear compliant 6 – Stored septage appears to be used in a timely manner
