Hi Joe,
Thank you for meeting Russ and I last week and allowing us to describe the Solutions Natural Gas
business plan.
Solutions Natural Gas LLC (SNG) has developed a system that will capture, and clean gases
produced from landfills, waste water treatment plants and Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations
(CAFOs). These gases in most cases are being released into the atmosphere. However, where
economical these gases can be captured, and cleaned to produce clean burning renewable natural
gas (RNG) which can then be used to produce electricity, fuel boilers, or power vehicles. We are
currently building a prototype and would like to test it at the Lee County Landfill. This prototype
would be a stand-alone unit that would be brought in on a trailer and would not require any type of
permanent installation. We would like to connect a hose to one of your existing well head pipe(s).
There would be no drilling or disturbance to the landfill structure/cap. We would leave the unit in
place for a period of 3-6 months. The prototype would be housed inside of a 20-foot container. The
gases from the well head would be collected, cleaned and then sent off for analysis.
This prototype device would not be in operation unless someone is present
Our prototype employs proprietary technology and provides a low-cost alternative to conventional
gas upgrading equipment. We also have the capability to transport the RNG to an end -user or
pipeline. We believe our technology will reduce GHG emissions and provide municipalities with
additional sources of revenue.

Per our conversation, I have attached a map of the methane probe locations at our closed landfill. The area circled in red is the
proposed demonstration area. Also, please be aware that access to this area is via a road that does not cross over the landfill,
therefore the cap will not be disturbed.
