Dear Mr. Cherry:
The Solid Waste Section hereby approves your request to allow Solutions Natural Gas, LLC (SNG) to
test their technology for producing renewable natural gas at the closed Lee County Landfill.
Operations shall be conducted as described in the letter from SNG and the following understandings
and conditions:
1. The operation shall not contravene the landfill cap;
2. The period of operation has been reduced from 3 - 6 months to 2 - 4weeks; and
3. Any waste streams produced by the operation are the responsibility of SNG and shall not be
disposed at the landfill.
