On behalf of Halifax County and in accordance with the requirements of 40 CFR Part 257.106,
Smith Gardner, Inc. (S+G) would like to notify you that the following reports related to the
County’s ash monofill (Permit No. 42-04 INDUS) have been placed into the facility operating
record and on the County’s publicly accessible internet site:

1. Annual CCR Fugitive Dust Control Report prepared in accordance with 40 CFR Part
257.80(c); and

2. Annual CCR Landfill Inspection Report, prepared in accordance with 40 CFR Part
257.84(b).

3. Annual CCR Landfill Groundwater Monitoring Report, prepared in accordance with 40
CFR Part 257.90(e).

A copy of each of these documents is provided as an enclosure.
