ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. All photos were taken by Lee Hill on March 5, 2019.
2. The entrance to the facility is secured by a locking cable; however, the post was recently damage by contract
workers. Please repair the post so that the facility can be properly secured.
3. The cap of the landfill is being maintained and was last mowed in October 2018. A small amount of woody
vegetation was observed on the cap. Please remove woody vegetation from the landfill cap.
4. Cessation of groundwater monitoring was approved by the Groundwater Compliance Unit on June 18, 2002.
5. All groundwater monitoring wells were observed to be locked and clear of vegetation.
6. The edge of waste markers delineating the perimeter of the landfill have been knocked down by the contract
mowers. Reinstall the edge of waste markers around the perimeter of the landfill.
7. Repairs to the cap had been made to address ponding water issues that were observed during the February 18,
2016 inspection. The landfill cap now appears to have positive drainage. No additional areas of settlement were
observed.
