FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1) Inspected the site for the permitting of a 1,500-gallon steel tank for the storage of portable toilet waste as submitted within the application. 2) The 1,500-gallon steel tank was above ground and appeared to be structurally sound. 3) Need a “No Trespassing” sign by the tank. Received pictures via email on 02/28/2019 from Hugh showing that the “No Trespassing” sign had been placed on the tank as we had talked about. 4) There was a 5 feet area around the tank free of any object that would block the sides of the tank from being viewed for potential issues. 5) Tank has not been used for the storage of septage. No leaks or transfer issues observed. 6) Placement of the tank meets the required setback distances as outlined within Rule .0838 (m). Tank location was mapped with GPS unit. 7) Permit issued on 02/21/2019.
