Assessment Monitoring Work Plan Implementation

Dear Ms. Drummond:
Scarlett Geophysical Consulting Services has beenretained by the Rutherford .County Solid Waste
Department to implement the approved Assessment Monitoring Work Plan which includes the
installation of monitoring well MW-16 (Figure 3 in the Work Plan). Due to site conditions, rough
terrain equipment will be required for the installation and the limited availability of such
equipment creates extended lead times for scheduling. The earliest available installation date is
early -to -mid May, which will be too late for MW-16 to be included in Spring 2019 sampling
round. On behalf of the County, I am requesting that we perform Assessment Monitoring at the
existing C&D locations for the Spring round and add MW-16 for the Fall 2019 round.
