Thank you for your initial interest in the North Carolina Brownfields Program for the
reference site. Based on our recent telephone conversations and your potential desire to acquire
additional property to your existing brownfields agreement with an amendment, the North
Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) has changed the status of
the referenced brownfield site from active eligible to "No Further Interest" (NFI) at this time. In
the future, when you pursue a brownfield agreement amendment for this site, please submit a new
letter of intent and signed affidavit. We appreciate your assistance in this matter.
