ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The inspection was conducted at Fiddler’s Run Shopping Center, Morganton, NC.
2. The following firm truck was inspected:

3. The tank appeared to be structurally sound and bolted to the frame.
4. Valves and access ports appeared to be secure. Caps were present on the access ports.
5. The truck was properly marked in accordance with the lettering requirements.
6. No leaks were observed.
