FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1) Inspected the site for the permitting of a 3,500-gallon concrete tank for the storage of domestic septage, grease septage and portable toilet waste. Tank is being added to the current facility which has two above ground poly tanks, one 1,500-gallon and one 7,000-gallon. The 3,500-gallon concrete tank was buried. The soil around the tank had settled leaving some small depression in the ground around the tank. Billy stated that he was going to refill those areas with more soil. The concrete tank was buried north of the two poly tanks. No setback issues observed with the location of the concrete tank. A traffic barrier is needed for the buried concrete tank to prevent vehicular traffic over the tank. Pictures were emailed to Connie Wylie on 01/31/2019 showing that a barrier had been placed to prevent vehicular traffic over the tank. Pictures below. 2) No issues noticed with the current permitted poly tanks. 3) No odor or vector issues observed. 4) Permit issued on 02/01/2019 which included the 3,500-gallon concrete tank with the two poly tanks.
