Attach a notification table of any methane gas values that attain or exceed explosive gas levels. This includes any structures on or nearby the
facility (NCAC 13B .1629 (4)(a)(i).

Attached please find the Landfill Gas Monitoring Log and Gas Probe Location Map for the
first quarter monitoring event that occurred on February 6, 2019, at the Granville County Butner
Landfill (Permit number 39-02) for inclusion in your records. Methane was detected in GP-4 above
the LEL during this event. Methane was not detected in any other gas probes.
Landfill gas monitoring will continue on a quarterly basis for the Butner Landfill. If you
