Outlet covers were on, no drips/leaks noted. Tank appears structurally sound & securely attached. Lettering was correct on both sides of this vehicle. This vehicle is in compliance at this time. OBSERVED VIOLATIONS: 1. In regards to the Notice of Violation that was issued on January 8, 2019 only the vehicle noted above was available for inspection at this time and Mr. Carter had truck logs available but not a copy to be submitted. Another truck inspection will need to be scheduled (one vehicle is in the shop for repairs and one vehicle is inoperable at this time) and Mr. Carter can provide a copy of the truck logs (for the last six months) at that time. Contact me to schedule another truck inspection (when the vehicle is out of the shop). Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.
