G.S. 130A-291.1(d) The two truck cleanout areas have been cleaned up per the Notice of Violation issued
12/17/2018. A written certification with disposal tickets & a copy of the truck pumping logs were also submitted.
The Notice of Violation has been resolved.

enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

1. Obtained current vehicle info for the permitted vehicles to be covered under the 2019 firm permit (I sent the
info to the Raleigh Central office).
2. Enclosed is a 2019 class schedule for your use.
