Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. The Septage Detention and Treatment facility (SDTF) consists of two partially buried 10,000 gallon steel tanks for a total site capacity of 20,000 gallons for the storage and treatment of domestic septage and commercial/industrial septage. 2. Set-back/buffer requirements appear to have been met. The property line is roughly 40 feet from the closest tank however both properties are owned by 115 Wisconsin Lane LLC. 3. Appropriate signage (No Trespassing signs) is posted for the site. 4. All weather roads are maintained for access to the site. 5. The tanks appeared to be structurally sound and no leaks were observed. 6. he area around the detention and treatment area was found to be free of spills and debris. 7. No odors observed in the area of the detention and treatment area.
