such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected replacement/new vehicle – tag#YA142401, VIN 1HTWNAZT99J091150, 4200 gallons. The tank
appears structurally sound & securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. The
lettering is correct on both sides of this vehicle. This vehicle is in compliance at this time.
2. Truck log were not reviewed at this time.
3. Enclosed is a 2019 class schedule for your use. Please register for one of the class locations.
