("Integris") in connection with the continuing obligations e2 rsx 3t2".ry ffierson.coih www.ry of Inte ris to GFP2 under Exhibit to the Contract for Purchase and Sale of g Property dated January 24, 2004 ("Contract") for property at 527 Atando Ave, Charlotte, NC ("Property"). As such, Ryerson acknowledges its obligations under Exhibit B to the Contract to obtain proper closure of two USTs on the Property from the NCDENR (the "Obligation"). Ryerson Will continue to undertake steps to complete this Obligation at its own cost and expense. Ryerson agrees that its continuing responsibility with respect to the Obligation "shall survive any sale of the Property by GFP2 and also accrue for the benefit of the buyer of the Property which may enforce the Obligation.
