None OBSERVED VIOLATIONS: Complaint received on 01-07-2019 of leaking septage truck along highway 258 in Onslow county that occurred on 01-06-
2019. This is a violation of Rule .0844(a) that states “All septage shall be transported in a safe, sanitary manner that prevents leaks and spills.”

Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

1 – Complaint of leaking along approximately five miles stretch of Highway 258 occurring on 01-06-2019 2 – Confirmed with Mr. Heath of leak on 01-08-2019
3 – Repair of leak was said to have been done on 01-07-2019 4 – The leaking vehicle violates rule 15A NCAC 13B .0844(a)
