(Wood) provided copies of the Notice of No Further Action as public notice to the Mecklenburg County Health Department, the Charlotte City Manager, the Mecklenburg County Manager and the adjacent property owners regarding the incident at 1421 Statesville Avenue in Charlotte, North Carolina. The letters were sent via Certified Mail° on December 6, 2018. Attached to this letter are copies of the Certified Mail° receipts and delivery confirmation receipts. To date, delivery confirmation for two of the 13 public notice letters has not been received. We appreciate your assistance in helping achieve No Further Action status on this incident.
