ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
01 – The reason for this follow-up inspection was to look at Boundary (Edge of Waste) Markers.
02 – This follow-up inspection was scheduled during the last inspection dated December 04, 2018.
03 – Barnhill staff has worked hard and has ALL on the Markers installed. 04 – Walked the total Landfill Footprint with the original map to check marker locations. 05 – It appears that ALL Markers are in the correct areas.
06 – There is some LCID waste that will have to be moved back inside of the Landfill Footprint. 07 – The LCID material can be used to address side slopes (3:1 needed) in areas that are close to the material outside of
the footprint.
08 – Another follow-up will occur to ensure ALL LCID is back inside. 09 – This follow-up will take place in January 2019 to schedule a timeframe for work to be done.
10 – Brent Caudle to call John College to discuss timeframes.
