Good morning Tracy and Caroline,
Please see attached grading plan for 1420 and 1430 Riverside Drive. Let me and/or Chris
Day know if you need any additional information at this point.
If this plan works, we would like to try and take advantage of the proposed dirt that could
be deposited at the site. Once you let us know, I will request Chris Singleton to complete
the necessary testing for the source of the fill dirt.

Please find attached our rough grading plan for FBRA.
This plan maintains compliance with flood requirements for building elevations.
As shown, we need to import approximately 6,000 cubic yards of dirt.
