ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
01 – This facility compliance inspection was conducted to evaluate the site for Cease to Operate.
02 – All Yard Waste has been removed from site and surrounding areas.
03 – Town staff has done a good job on removal of non-conforming waste also. 04 – Site has been graded, seeded and hay added after the last site inspection. 05 – The grass is starting to emerge.
06 – Went to Greg Benton’s office after this inspection to show him where and how to fill out the Cease to Operate form online and to submit.
07 – Overall conditions at this site are good and ready to cease operations.
08 – Digital pictures taken during this inspection.
