such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Follow up inspection for lettering violation – informed the Raleigh office that a reinspection had been
performed and that the truck is now in compliance.
2. No septage pump jobs shall be performed until the firm permit is issued.
3. Enclosed is an example truck log for use once the firm permit is issued.
