Here’s a summary of everything we were discussing about the closure requirements for the Ft. Bragg C&D Landfill, with a few new items.

The currently approved Closure Plan, CQA Plan, and drawings are in the approved Permit to Construct application, dated 5-18-16, Doc IDs 25759 and 25758.

arrange in chronologic order newest first.
The final report will have to include a final contour drawing of the landfill after closure, to show actual fill contours, because it was closed prior to reaching final contours.

A extension request for beginnning and completing closure should be submitted to our office, in accordance with Rule .0543 (c) (5) and (6) – see link above. The extension request should
include a reason for the delay in beginning closure, a schedule for completing closure, and a description of steps taken to prevent threats to human health and the environment.
Requests for modfications to the approved plans should be submitted to our office prior to implementation.
