ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. A small spill of septage was noted on the ground at the front end of the tanks where a dirty grate was sitting.
The grate should be removed and the area cleaned up. No spills noted at the unloading area up top.
2. The three tanks appear structurally sound. No apparent change in the facility – tanks & retaining wall are still
tilted.
3. The approved setbacks are being met.
4. It appears that septage is being transferred to/from the facility in a safe and sanitary manner. No vectors or
odors noted.
5. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate.
6. Maintain the required 5’ cleared radius around the tanks (free of excess vegetation or debris).
