OBSERVED VIOLATIONS:
None
The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance
with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
01- Facility has required signage with all required information. 02- All required records were available for review.
03- Facility has 5 Certified Transfer Station Specialist: Kimberly Newbern, exp.04/14/2021, Horatio Newbern IV,
exp. 04/14/2021, John Jamerson, exp.06/01/21, Michelle Farrow, exp. 06/01/2021 and Rashell Bustamante, exp. 06/01/2012.
04- Facility is permitted to receive the following waste types: C&D, LCID, Asphalt, Wood Pallets, Yard Trash, Post
Consumer Tear Off Shingles and Tires. 05- Operating Hours are: 07:30 am to 05:00 pm weekdays and 07:30 am to 12:00 pm on Saturdays. No operations
on Sundays. 06- Facility has water tanker truck for dust control and for fire suppression. 07- Tipping floor was clean during this inspection.
08- Yard Waste area appears to be managed well. 09- Tires appears to be managed well.
10- Waste Screening records were reviewed and up to date.
11- Load tickets were reviewed and has all required information. 12- Financial records reviewed.
13- Facility has purchased new equipment for Yard Waste grinding.
14- Contingency plan reviewed. 15- Overall facility appears to be managed well.
16- Digital pictures taken during this inspection. Several attached to this report.
