The gate at Field 3 has been repaired & a new sign has been posted. Was able to access Field 3 during this visit.

with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an
administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. A field marker was down at the left back corner (south east side) of field 3. Repost this marker in the correct
position. Also a field marker on Field 2 (front end) is partly hidden by vegetation – clear the excess
vegetation. Setbacks were not measured at this time but it appears the approved setbacks are being met. No
sign of land application outside the permitted boundaries.
2. No sign of heavy or recent application. No odors noted.
3. Weed control is needed on both fields. Noted areas of vegetation other than fescue and also scattered thin
patches of ground cover. Efforts are needed to maintain & improve the fescue cropstand.
4. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate.
5. Discussed the needed corrective actions on site with both Randy & Aaron Cheek. Per Randy & Aaron Cheek
the required soil samples have been taken & submitted for this site.
