I’m sending this note so we will have dated correspondence confirming that the SNI was posted at
the Fleming Laboratories Brownfields site by today, August 16, 2018.  I have attached three
photographs of the posted SNI.  One is from up close and two are from a distance.

The full NI packages and the SNIs were sent out yesterday, and the SNI was published in today’s
edition of The Charlotte Observer.  Thus, all of the pre-public comment tasks have been completed.

We will follow up with the complete package of the public notice confirmation documentation once
it is available.
