Notification application and in the Yard Waste Notification approval letter)

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
On August 29, 2018, John Patrone met with David Hutchins, Dwain Maness, and Barry Hamilton to verify that operations
have ceased at the City of Asheboro Yard Waste Notification on Little Lakes Trail in Asheboro, Randolph County.

1. The facility is a yard waste notification (YWN) owned by the City of Asheboro.
2. The YWN has ceased operation.
3. The YWN has been incorporated into a Large Type 1 Solid Waste Compost (SWC) permit (76-08) issued to the
City of Asheboro in August 2018.
4. The City of Asheboro has submitted the YWN - Notice of Ceased Operations of a Facility to the SWS.
5. During the inspection, there was no material observed on site.
6. The property will be used to operated SWC 76-08.
