ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The inspection was conducted at the West bound I-40 rest area in Davie County, North Carolina.
2. The following firm truck was inspected:

Photos taken by Troy Harrison on 8/6/2018 3. The tank appeared to be structurally sound and bolted to the frame. 4. Valves and access ports appeared to be secure. Caps were present on the access ports.
5. The truck was properly marked in accordance with the lettering requirements.
6. No leaks were observed.
