or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected second vehicle to be added to the firm permit. Raleigh Central office has received $250 for this
vehicle. Tag#JE-7810, VIN 1GCHC39N4PE243124, 400 gallon waste.
2. The tank appears structurally sound & securely attached – slide in unit with 4 bolts.
3. The outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted.
4. The lettering is correct on both sides of this vehicle.
5. Did not inspect the other permitted vehicle at this time or review records.
6. Gave Mr. Hunt a 2018 class schedule – attend one of the remaining class locations to obtain the required 4
hours for permit renewal this winter.
