All decals or lettering on the pumper vehicle shall be no less than three inches in height and plainly visible. Identification shall be permanently attached (no removable signs). The permit number was less than three inches on both sides of the pump truck. Correct the permit number on both sides to three inches or more in height. The firm name, phone number and town name were in compliance. However the phone number displayed was 336-991-5136 and needs to be the phone number listed on future applications. A photo was submitted by email to show that the permit number was corrected to at least three inches in height. Based on this information it appears that the truck lettering is now in compliance.
